Dr David Campbell MB BS MHP FRACMA FAFPHM - Director

Senior medical staff, clinical directors and medical administrators, staff support and medico legal
Dr. David H Campbell established Skilled Medical in 2005 to help address the shortage of experienced doctors in Australia, especially in rural, regional and outer metropolitan areas. David has a 30-year background in medicine and public health, working in a wide range of metropolitan and regional Australian health services and in international roles. During his career in medicine, David has held CEO positions in public and not for profit health services and has been on the board of several health care organisations and medical research institutes. His executive roles have included CEO of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and Regional Director of the New England Health Region in NSW. He has also been the CEO of two start-up health technology firms in the R & D commercialisation sector. David has a strong commitment to medical education, workforce development and health care standards and was a former Chairman of the Board of Continuing Education of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, Councillor on the Postgraduate Medical Council of NSW, Executive Committee member of the Victorian Medical Postgraduate Foundation, Board member of the Rural Doctors' Network of NSW and Surveyor with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards. David is a qualified medical practitioner with fellowships in public health medicine and medical administration and holds the Advanced Management Program qualification from the Harvard Business School.
Kimlie Jolliffe - Business Manager

Operational and financial management, company systems, HR, legal and regulatory
Kimlie joined Skilled Medical as a Business Manager and brings the right balance of analytical, operational and management skills. With a background primarily in the professional services sector, Kimlie has previously held positions in human resources, company administration, and systems development.
This includes previous roles as a senior human resources manager for one of Australia's largest law firms. Kimlie has also held business analyst and administration roles in the government and private business sectors. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce.
Jeremy Golds B App Sci RN - Team Leader | Senior Consultant

Jeremy joined Skilled Medical as a Senior Consultant and became Team Leader in 2010. Through his stewardship, passion for the health industry and superior client relationship management, Skilled Medical's doctor and health service organisation client base has grown significantly. Under his leadership,
Jeremy manages a team of Skilled Medical Consultants and cultivates strong relationships with key doctors and health care organisations. With a background in the health care sector, Jeremy has previously held positions in the clinical nursing, pharmaceuticals and medical devices industries. This includes
previous roles in clinical nursing for two of Melbourne's major private hospitals and senior account management, covering general practice and specialist fields including neurosciences for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Cardinal Health. He holds a bachelor of applied science in nursing degree and has
completed numerous industry courses related to account management, sales team management and customer relationship management.
Todd Curry - Consultant

Todd joined Skilled Medical as a Consultant and brings strong international recruitment industry and health care experience. His superior client management skills combined with his dedication to health care ensure Skilled Medical's doctors and health service organisation clients receive a superior service
and support level. With a background in the international medical recruitment industry, Todd previously held a position in medical recruiting where he coordinated and supported over 10,000 medical personnel for four major hospitals in West London within the National Health Service (NHS) Imperial College
Trust, one of the United Kingdom's largest health services. He holds an advanced diploma in sports business and a graduate certificate in business sports management.
Kirsty MacIsaac - Consultant

Kirsty joined Skilled Medical as a Consultant and brings a wealth of health care recruitment industry experience. Her commitment to health care combined with her outstanding client management skills, ensure Skilled Medical's doctors and health service organisation clients receive an exceptional service
and support level. With an extensive background in the nursing, medical recruitment and health care industries, Kirsty has previously held positions in allocation and client services and management for Origin Healthcare and Nursing Agency Australia, two of Australia's largest providers of personnel
and human resources solutions to the health care industry.
Melissa Cook - Consultant

Melissa joined Skilled Medical in 2011 and brings to her role strong teamwork,
organisational and communication skills. With a background in education, Melissa
graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, majoring
in Anatomy and Physiology, and she has been teaching health,
science and physical education in Australia and the UK for the past 9 years.
Her educational experience has provided a solid foundation in management and
development as well as in dealing with government agencies. Melissa has decided
to reignite her passion for the health sciences field and join Skilled Medical.
Her background and her people management skills make Melissa a valued member of
the Skilled Medical team.
Emma-Jane Gibson – Consultant

Emma joined Skilled Medical as a Consultant in 2012. She brings to her role, an in-depth
working knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry, a strong sense of teamwork and
exceptional time management skills. With an extensive background in the Clinical Nursing
field, Emma previously held positions within major teaching hospitals and not for profit
organisations. Emma’s experience in varying facets of the healthcare industry including
psychiatric nursing roles has given her outstanding communication and organisational skills,
ensuring every client receives the very best in service and assistance. She holds a Bachelor
of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Health Studies.
Shilpa Lloyd - Consultant

Shilpa joined the Skilled Medical Consultant team in 2012, bringing more than 10 years’ experience in health recruitment via roles in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and Australia. This experience has enabled Shilpa to develop key strengths in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, coordination and compliance administration. Her passion for healthcare and teamwork combined with her strong communication skills ensure that Skilled Medical’s doctors and clients receive a high-level of personalised service at all stages of the recruitment and placement process. Shilpa holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from the University of North London.
Jessica Cardillo - Consultant

Jessica Cardillo joined Skilled Medical in 2013 following three years with Queensland Health as a Clinical Director Support Officer at Mackay Base Hospital. Jessica combines in-depth knowledge of rural Queensland and the health services industry with strong communication, client management and organisational skills, honed during her time at Queensland Health and five years as an agribusiness portfolio manager for Suncorp. Her background in health recruitment and scheduling ensures that Jessica provides efficient, personalised assistance to Skilled Medical’s doctors and clients. Jessica holds a Certificate III in Financial Services.
Dr E Robyn Mason - Senior Medical Advisor

Medical advisory, clinical governance and workforce development
Robyn joined Skilled Medical as a Senior Medical Consultant and now serves as a Senior Medical Advisor. Robyn's advisory role is aimed at assisting Skilled Medical supply and support the strongest possible clinical workforce in the field. With an extensive background in the health services management,
health policy and corporate governance sectors, Robyn has held senior leadership positions at a federal and state level including the roles of Secretary-General of the Australian Medical Association in Canberra and Deputy Chief Medical Officer in Victoria. Her strong policy and operational knowledge
of the public and private health care systems includes clinical governance, medical credentialing and scope of clinical practice, community engagement, workforce development and health care funding arrangements. She is committed to health care and serves as a board member of Southern Health in Melbourne
and chair of the Victorian Doctors' Health Program. Robyn is a qualified medical practitioner with a master's degree in administration and holds fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lyndell Aylen - Business Accountant

Accounting, financial management and analysis, policies and procedures management, system implementation
Lyndell joined Skilled Medical as a Business Accountant and brings a wealth of experience in the areas of finance and management accounting, as well as policy and procedure documentation and implementation. Lyndell is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)
Degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Lyndell manages Skilled Medical's financial reporting system, with a focus on preparing and analysing management reports, undertaking reviews of current procedures, and developing and implementing new processes. With a background in a variety
of accounting related areas, Lyndell has held previous positions including various Senior Analyst/Analyst roles at nabCapital (a division of the National Australia Bank), and an Assistant Accountant role for the leading global professional services firm Deloitte, where she provided bookkeeping and accounting
services to a diverse range of clients (small to medium enterprises and family groups).
Susan Tobin - Administration Manager

Quality systems and company compliance, training and development
Susie joined Skilled Medical as an Administration Manager and brings extensive experience in quality systems, compliance and training. Under her direction, Skilled Medical has become a Quality certified company with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia (RCSA) and an accredited
provider of Locum Medical Officers with NSW Health. Susie ensures Skilled Medical's policies and procedures meet appropriate accreditation, quality and services delivery standards. With a background in training, operations and compliance, Susie has held previous positions for the Victoria Police leading
their core Oracle systems implementation, Ansett and Kendell Airlines managing operations, logistics and compliance and numerous systems related training roles in the private business sectors.
Mary Nelson - Recruitment Officer

Consultant administration and support, database management and business process functions
Mary joined Skilled Medical as an Administration Officer and now serves as a Recruitment Officer. Mary brings an extensive background in business management and support. Mary is responsible for working closely with Skilled Medical Consultants to support them with numerous tasks including new doctor enquiries, preparing CV and referee reports, updating and maintaining the database and additional administrative tasks. She previously held positions for the Australian Physiotherapy Association, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Melbourne & Olympic Parks in the events management industry and holds a bachelor's degree in business management and an advanced certificate in office management.
