TEMPORARY SKILL SHORTAGE (TSS) VISA SUBCLASS 482 (REPLACING THE 457 VISA)

The Issuing of 457 (Temporary Work, skilled) visas ceased March 2018 and was replaced by the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa subclass 482.

The TSS visa program which includes a Short-Term stream of up to two years, Medium-Term stream of up to four years, Labour Agreement stream of up to four years and a subsequent entrant visa for subclass 482 and 457 visa holders.

All existing 457 visas will continue to be valid until the expiry date provided.
