The Position

Skilled Medical has an exciting career opportunity for a Vocational Registrar or Non-Vocational Registrar General Practitioner with previous medical assessment and clinical management experience to commence a permanent position in the Emergency Department in regional Victoria from early 2020.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a an emergency medicine registrar to gain or build upon experience.

Health Service

One of the largest employers in the region with over 800 staff, this health service has a strong focus on increasing its capacity as an outer regional teaching hospital.

The hospital has recently undergone major redevelopments providing world class facilities and a comprehensive range of medical services to a population of approx. 45,000 living in the catchment area.

The Emergency Department (ED) manages in excess of 22,000 presentations per annum.

The Location

This beautiful riverside town in regional Victoria has a great food and wine culture and provides a wide of sporting and leisure including fishing, water skiing, golf, camping.

Essential Criteria

Candidates must hold general specialist registration with AHPRA or trainees with RACGP or ACRRM.
