A North Eastern VIC hospital requires a Registrar/PHO in Paediatrics from 10/07/2020 to 31/01/2021.
Commence: 10 July 2020
End Date: Sunday 31 January 2021
Duty roster: Friday – Monday
Every 2nd Weekend - Roster below (repeating every 2nd weekend)
FRIDAY 10 July 1600-2200+1st oncall
SATURDAY 11 July 0800-1600+1st oncall
SUNDAY 12 July 0800-1600+1st oncall
MONDAY 13 July 0800-1200
An 11 bed Paediatric Unit, with the ability to expand as required, and a Level 2 neonatal nursery. Maternity Ward has four delivery suites.
Tertiary hospital support is available in Melbourne, 2½ hours away by road, or 40 minutes by fixed-wing aircraft.
Hourly rate of pay: $130p/h
Recalls paid @ $130p/h
Early ward round every morning and then as needed.
Supported by consultant and 1 HMO 1 Registrar
600+ Births per year
Accommodation supplied
Travel reimbursed $100.00 per week block
