• Accommodation and travel provided
• All shifts are 24 hour - 0800 to 0800 – there is flexibility with these times for Doctors who may need to travel to catch flights etc.
• The on-call role is to provide support for the emergency department and for after-hours emergency surgery, which may include Caesarean Section, appendectomy or D & C.

Doctors need to have required qualifications and can carry out the below listed requirements: ·         Stabilise neonates for transfer which would include the insertion of an IVC in most circumstances, UVC’s could be attended by the NETS team ·         Advanced Life Support of the Newborn. ·         Perform LSCS as required both booked and Emergency. ·         Manage any Emergency Obstetric Scenario as it arises with Senior Midwives ·         Ongoing management of the Newborn Post Birth ·         Paediatric cover ·         Work as a solo Practitioner
