A Northern QLD hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry for the following dates:
Position Title: CAYAS Staff Specialist
Engagement Dates: 01/11/2021 – 19/11/2021
Accommodation and travel:
Accommodation to be booked by agency – As per THHS guidelines for Agencies
Hire Car booked by agency – As per THHS guidelines for Agencies
Return domestic flights (best fare of the day) booked by agency - as per THHS Guidelines for Agencies
Roster Pattern:
On-Call afterhours rostered as required.
Monday to Friday: 0800 - 1630
Hours of Work:
In accordance with the Customer’s roster. A working day will be no less than 8 hours. Meal breaks are not paid, and the Locum Medical Officer is required to take at least 30 minutes unpaid meal break per shift.
About the Role:
The Community Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CCYMHS) is a specialised mental health service for children and young people (0-18 years) and their families within the immediate Townsville area. CCYMHS offers assessment and therapeutic services for children and young people who are experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric disorders or behavioural, emotional, and developmental problems affecting all areas of their daily lives.
