Monday 15 August – Thursday 1 September
Monday 31 October – Monday 11 November
Shifts will include days/afternoons in birth suite and clinic
$110 per hour
About the Unit:
Our Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department is a busy regional centre that receives an interesting and diverse case mix, catering for 900-1000 births per annum. The O&G Unit is supported by Surgical, Medical, Paediatric, Emergency, Psychiatric, Anaesthetic and ICU services. The unit consists of a progressive 12 bed unit, 4 birth suites and Level 3 Special Care Nursery. The Maternal Service provides comprehensive maternal care for women with normal and moderate risk pregnancies. It is staffed by 4 Staff Specialists, 2 VMO Specialists, Advanced Trainee Registrar and HMO’s.
