The Position
This position is responsible for providing obstetric specialist level care of patients including general gynaecology services. The O&G specialist will provide supervision and guidance of the clinical management of Obstetric and Gynaecology patients by junior medical staff to achieve the highest standard possible of clinical services to those patients. This will include providing direct clinical care to patients as clinical need dictates and contribute to teaching and training.

Key Accountabilities
Provide specialist medical services to patients within the bounds of relevant training and experience and admitting rights and clinical privileges. Provide a specialist opinion on patients referred for consultation. Provide clinical leadership to facilitate and support a team approach to the provision of clinical services. Participate in an on-call roster with other O&G specialist in order to guarantee the continuous availability of O&G specialist to attend emergencies. The Package Remuneration (approx): $535,000 p/a
Remuneration package includes:
