Skilled Medical Again Achieves Top Tier 2019 Audit Results

Skilled Medical has successfully completed its onsite, Annual Surveillance Audit to maintain certification for AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, RCSA Service Delivery Standards 2010, NSWH:2009 and recertification of HPV:2017.

Skilled Medical's Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) Service Delivery Standard 2019 recertification result demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to quality as it achieves outstanding audit results once again to place it in the top tier of recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand.

The overall RCSA Service Delivery Standard recertification audit result of 9.2 out of 10 continues to maintain Skilled Medical’s highest rating in over 10 years of annual accreditation audits and exceeds the industry average of 7.2 for medical recruitment agencies.

Conducted annually by an external auditor, Certex International, Skilled Medical is audited against its quality management systems, operations and outcomes as part of the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment and Consulting Services Association's Service Delivery Standard (RCSA-SDS).

The full systems RCSA Service Delivery Standard audit determines whether Skilled Medical’s systems continue to meet requirements for recertification across the following company areas:

 In addition to the 2019 ISO 9001:2015 and RCSA SDS audits, Skilled Medical also successfully completed the following audits and company results this year have also confirmed compliance against all audit standards:

  • Maintain certification of the NSW Health's accreditation standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to NSW Health facilities.
  • Recertification of the Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to Victorian Health facilities. Skilled Medical’s level of compliance against ISO 9001:2015, recruitment best practice and the HPV requirements was found to be very high.
