Skilled Medical has successfully completed the annual audit for its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems accreditation.
In addition, Skilled Medical's 2018 Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) Service Delivery Standard recertification result continues to place it in the top tier of recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
The overall RCSA Service Delivery Standard recertification audit result of 9.2 out of 10 continues to maintain Skilled Medical’s highest rating in over 9 years of annual accreditation audits and exceeds the industry average of 7.1 for medical recruitment agencies. The score places Skilled Medical in the top 8% of all RCSA Service Delivery Standard recruitment firms across Australia and New Zealand.

Conducted annually by an external auditor, Certex International, Skilled Medical is audited against its quality management systems, operations and outcomes as part of the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment and Consulting Services Association's Service Delivery Standard (RCSA-SDS).

In addition to the ISO 9001:2015 and RCSA SDS audit, Skilled Medical also successfully completed the following 2018 audits:
• Recertification of the NSW Health's accreditation standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to NSW Health facilities.
• Recertification of the Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to Victorian Health facilities.
