The Position
Skilled Medical has an exciting career opportunity for a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to commence a permanent full-time position in a Regional NSW hospital commencing ASAP.
Applicants must be able to work independently and obligations include providing generalist O&G services including inpatient and emergency consultations, outpatient gynaecology and antenatal clinics, emergency theatre lists, as well as participation on the acute on-call roster (shared equitably).
Health Service
This hospital has been newly redeveloped and is equipped with 348 treatment spaces, Level 4 Obstetric Unit with 1000 births per year, Level 3 nursery that provides step-down care from the NICU and an 8 theatre operating complex (5 in current operation) and outpatient clinic centre.

Essential Criteria
Doctors must hold Fellowship of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRANZCOG) and/or other specialist recognition as provided for in the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
