A Northern VIC hospital requires a Junior Medical Officer in Psychiatry
We are urgently seeking a locum HMO or Registrar to cover Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health Service (CAMHS) commencing ASAP next week or the week after.
Locum – CAMHS
• Commencing ASAP after Monday 01 February until Friday 26 February (4 weeks)
• Monday to Friday roster - 0830-1700 shifts
• No weekends
• Will include on call shifts (details listed below of on call) – Tuesday 09 and Friday 19 February
We are offering:
• HMO - $110/hour or Registrar - $130/hour
• Travel expenses not paid
• Accommodation provided in 1 bedroom fully furnished self-contained apartment close to the hospital
On Call Shifts
• Work normal 8.5 hour day
• Extra 5 hour ward cover until 2200 (inpatient units)
• On call 2200-0800 (on call allowance of $131.40)
• Recall paid at minimum of 3 hours
Requirement is for either a HMO or Registrar:
• Needs a minimum of 6 months recent Psychiatry experience (within last 18 months), preferably with previous CAMHS experience
• Psychiatry references are essential
