A Northern NSW hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in General Practice from 10/06/2024 to 27/06/2024.

Monday, 10 June 2024 0800-1730
Tuesday, 11 June 2024 0800-1730
Wednesday, 12 June 2024 0800-1730
Thursday, 13 June 2024 0800-1730
Monday, 24 June 2024 0800-1730
Tuesday, 25 June 2024 0800-1730
Wednesday, 26 June 2024 0800-1730
Thursday, 27 June 2024 0800-1730
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1. If our GP in the clinic is on call then they complete both duties. The clinic is never fully booked when the GP is on call and there are gaps throughout the day to cater for any ED presentations
2. The GP has a roster that is shared with any other GP in the service at the same time.
3. If the GP is on call then they attend the ED in person. They do not do telehealth on call.
4. In the Health One Clinic, a Practice Nurse provides supports to the doctors. The clinic uses the software Best Practice. Lunch is between 1300-1400.
PATIENT LOAD: 30 patients per day on average.
