The Position
An exciting opportunity for a General Medicine Physician or Rural Generalist GP to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering professional growth.
Enjoy a balanced schedule with ample opportunities to explore the local attractions, including whale watching, hiking trails, and charming boutique shops.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- On-call from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am for over-the-phone advice weekdays and On-call for over-the-phone advice from 12:00 pm - 8:00 am on the weekends
- Weekends: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Health Service
The Health Service provides a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services to patients from across the peninsula and surrounding communities. Patients may commence their stay at the Health Service but finish their care at one of the neighboring Hospitals with specialist medical or allied health input when required. All hospitals in the region work collaboratively to support the patient care needs
The Location

Essential Criteria
- Have general/specialist medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Must have Australian Working Rights.
- Extensive experience in General Medicine or Rural Generalist GP
The Package
- $2500 per day for Rural Generalist GP
- $3000 per day for Gen Med Consultant
- Travel and accommodation reimbursement.
