- Evening and day shifts
- Onsite shared accommodation provided & travel up to $800 reimbursed (flights or mileage only)
- There is 3 Ortho consultants; 4 Registrars and another 2 Interns/ RMOs in the department. Locum will need to carry/ share the on call phone with other Registrars. Locum will need to carry/ mind the on call phone on occasion if the Registrar who is supposed to be carrying the phone is called to OT.

Shift times: 0700-1530 / 0700-2100 / on-call
Staffing levels for each shift time: 4FTE Registrars day shift, 1FTE Registrar evening shift, 3FTE JMOs
How much support is provided: Surgeons share on-call
Any other important shift information: Registrars share the on-call and weekends and ED and Theatres
will ring the Registrar after hours in the first instance to review patients in ED or preparing patient for
Emergency Operations. Registrar will need to contact the Surgeon on-call when they have assessed the
patient.
