INCLUSIVE OF A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEKEND ONCALL PERIOD PER MONTH AND 1 ONCALL PER WEEK
Rates for this block are:
FANZCA/CONSULTANT - $4,500 per day for entire period (inclusive of 24 hour on call period)
GP ANAESTHETIST - $3,500 per day for entire period (inclusive of 24 hour on call period)

08:00 Monday, 14 October 2024 to 17:00 Friday, 1 November 2024 (escalated rate)
