• Night Shifts Only - Must be already Sunrise EMR trained
• During this shift the hospital has at least 2 Resident Medical Officers on duty in the Emergency Department and a Consultant FACEM available. The following consultants are also on call to provide phone advice and direction, and onsite support as required: physician, general surgeon, orthopaedic surgeon, paediatrician, anaesthetist and obstetrician gynaecologist.
• The Dr will be required to provide night cover for medical and surgical inpatients. Consultants and/or other evening shift staff will hand over any specific patients requiring attention to the Dr at the start of the shift. Nursing staff will ask the Dr to provide necessary assessment, review and treatment as required during the shift. The greater part of the work will be with medical patients but it will also include surgical patients. The incumbent will complete medical admissions from the Emergency Department at times, but the priority is ward inpatients

An Southern SA hospital requires a Registrar/PHO in Internal Medicine from 01/07/2025 to 08/07/2025.

COMMENCING 23:00 TUESDAY, 1 JULY 2025 AND CONCLUDING AT 09:00 TUESDAY, 8 JULY 2025 (INCLUSIVE) – 7 SHIFTS;
The rates for the shifts are $220 per hour for night shift plus GST
All shifts are 10 hour shifts working 23:00-09:00 with ½ hour unpaid meal break.
