The Position
A well-established clinic in southern Tasmania, operating under one of Australia’s leading national healthcare organisations, is seeking a VR GP to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis. The clinic has strong patient demand, with appointments booked out weeks in advance, and offers flexible consulting days.
Health Service
- DPA and MM2 classification
- Private billing model
- Booked out weeks ahead; growing patient base
- Standard weekday hours only – no weekends
- Located within a hospital precinct
- Fully supported by experienced nursing and administrative staff
- Part of a national group with 80+ practices
- Consistently high-quality patient care standards
The Package
- 65% of billings
- $160/hr minimum guarantee for the first 3 months
- Relocation and sign-on incentives may be offered
- Ongoing clinical development support through the group’s internal education programs
Essential Criteria
- VR General Practitioner
- AHPRA registration
- Domestic applicants only
- No supervision required, or Level 4 supervision only
