Community / Emergency Department: 30.11.2026 to 04.12.2026
Coastal QLD Community Care Team: 06.10.2026 to 04.12.2026
Coastal QLD Community Care Team: 07.12.2026 to 31.01.2027
Hospital in The Home / Community Liaison: 28/09/2026 to 02/10/2026
Monday to Friday, no on-call.
