Saturday 17 Oct - ED Night in Charge Shift - 2215 to 0815 - (CMO rate) $180 per hour / (GP rate) - $2,750 per shift
Sunday 18 Oct - ED Night in Charge Shift - 2215 to 0815 - (CMO rate) $180 per hour / (GP rate) - $2,750 per shift
Friday 23 Oct - ED Fast Track Shift - 1400 to 2230 - $180 per hour
Friday 23 Oct - ED Night in Charge Shift - 2215 to 0815 - (CMO rate) $180 per hour / (GP rate) - $2,750 per shift
Saturday 24 Oct - ED Night in Charge Shift - 2215 to 0815 - (CMO rate) $180 per hour / (GP rate) - $2,750 per shift
